Layout Board Design using Altium Designer 

PCB design per your input schematic. Accepting schematics from any CAD tool. For Signal and Power Integrity analysis additional input documentation is needed. For CCA with space limitation it is recommended to define space availability with step file. 

Deliverables: 

• Fabrication Archive, 
• Assembling Archive, 
• Project Archive with all source files, 
• PDF of Schematics, 
• MCAD Files (STEP and PARASOLID).

Fabrication Archive includes Gerber Files, NCDRL Files, Netlist, ODB++ files, and Fabrication Notes Document. 

Assembling Archive includes Pick and Place Files, BOM File with part availability and current part cost, Assembling Notes Document.

We can recommend fabrication and assembling houses. We support and communicate with fabrication and assembling  houses.

Board Level Test

• Emission and Immunity testing in  transverse electromagnetic (TEM) waveguides per EN IEC 61000-4-20:2022.
•  Radiated emission / immunity testing using RF Current Probe on power and data lines. 
• Conducted Emission testing using LISN on power lines. 

Emission Limits follow standards: 

• CISPR 11 (EN55011:2016+A1+A11+A2:2021), 
• EN IEC60601-1-2,  
• EN IEC61000-2-3,
• MIL-STD-461G.

Deliverables: 

• Test Description, 
• Test report.
