Layout Board Design using 

Altium365 / Altium Designer 

 PCB designs are produced based on provided schematics, which may be submitted from any CAD tool or as a hand drawings. 

Collaboration is available via Altium365. Additional documentation is required for Signal and Power Integrity analysis. For CCA projects with space constraints, it is advisable to specify available space using a STEP file.

· PDF of Schematics

· MCAD Files (STEP and PARASOLID)

The Fabrication Archive includes Gerber Files, NCDRL Files, Netlist, ODB++ files, and a Fabrication Notes Document. The Assembling Archive contains Pick and Place Files, BOM File detailing part availability and current costs, and an Assembling Notes Document. Recommendations for fabrication and assembling facilities are available. Communication and support with fabrication and assembling facilities are provided.

Board Level Test

• Emission and Immunity testing in  transverse electromagnetic (TEM) waveguides per EN IEC 61000-4-20:2022.
•  Radiated emission / immunity testing using RF Current Probe on power and data lines. 
• Conducted Emission testing using LISN on power lines. 

Emission Limits follow standards: 

• CISPR 11 (EN55011:2016+A1+A11+A2:2021), 
• EN IEC60601-1-2,  
• EN IEC61000-2-3,
• MIL-STD-461G.
